Hi, I’m Katie! My goal in counseling is to provide a safe and supportive space to help my clients live a more confident and balanced life. I utilize a collaborative approach to therapy and incorporate cognitive-behavioral and strength-based methods to help clients feel empowered to achieve their goals. My areas of interest include anxiety, social skills, depression, life transitions, identity development, women’s issues, and career decisions. In my free time, I like to spend my time exercising (yoga, pilates, and cycling are my favorites!), reading, traveling, catching up on the latest TV series, and spending time with my dogs
